and all content published on this site (texts, images, databases)
are the exclusive property of GEOmatic AI Digital Company.

2. Legal Protection

In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code (CPI),
European Union directives, and international conventions
(Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement/WTO),
any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, decompilation,
or exploitation, whether partial or total, is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling GEOmatic AI without written authorization.
• Copying or diverting its source code, algorithms, or documentation.
• Using GEOmatic AI for reverse engineering, hacking, or illegal resale.

4. Legal Sanctions

Any offender is subject to:

• In France (CPI art. L335-2 and following):
  up to 3 years of imprisonment and a €300,000 fine for counterfeiting.
• In the European Union: enforcement of Directive 2004/48/EC
  on the respect of intellectual property rights.
• Internationally: enforcement of international conventions
  (Berne, TRIPS), allowing prosecution in most countries.

5. Evidence of Authorship

The author retains technical and legal evidence of authorship and ownership
(Timestamps, SHA-256 fingerprints, HMAC, official deposits at INPI e-Soleau / APP).
These elements may be produced before any competent court.
