Licenses and Copyright – GEOmatic AI #

1. Intellectual Property #

The GEOmatic AI plugin, its source code, design, features, documentation, and all related content (texts, images, logos, videos, scripts) are protected under the Intellectual Property Code and international copyright laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized exploitation is strictly prohibited.

2. License of Use #

Upon purchase, the user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the number of websites specified at the time of purchase.

• The license is tied to a specific domain or set of domains.
  
• Any duplication or unauthorized use beyond the licensed terms constitutes a contractual and legal violation.
  

3. Restrictions #

The user agrees not to:

• Resell, rent, or lend the plugin without prior written consent.
  
• Share the license key with third parties.
  
• Copy or reproduce the plugin’s source code or files.
  
• Attempt to bypass technical protections (obfuscation, license verification, anti-piracy systems).
  

4. Protection and Traceability #

GEOmatic AI includes advanced security and tracking systems:

• Detection of unauthorized installations through IP addresses and server fingerprints.
  
• Automatic logging of violations.
  
• License suspension or blocking in cases of fraudulent use.
  

⚠️ Any attempt to pirate, reproduce, or use the software illegally exposes the offender to civil and criminal prosecution, in accordance with Articles L.122-4 and L.335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code, the Swiss Federal Copyright Act (LDA, RS 231.1), and international treaties (Berne Convention, TRIPS Agreement).

5. Legal Penalties #

Depending on applicable jurisdiction, violation of copyright and license terms may result in:

• Up to 3 years of imprisonment and a €300,000 fine in France.
  
• Financial damages proportional to the harm caused.
  
• Seizure and destruction of illegal copies.
