- IndexNow / Ping: Off (enable later if needed)
- Performance / telemetry: Off
- Automatic tasks / Cron: Twice daily (or Daily), not Hourly
- Debug mode: Off
- Admin-lock / MU-plugin: Off
AI Experience #
- AI Summary:On
- Position: Bottom of the article
- Targets: Posts & Pages only (exclude archives/category/search)
- Injection: Main query only
- Summary cache: On (regenerate when content updates)

Plugin-specific notes #
- Yoast / Rank Math / SEOPress: Keep all GEOmatic SEO/head/sitemap features Off. Let the SEO plugin output titles, meta, OG/Twitter, schema, and sitemaps.
- AIOSEO (most sensitive): Same as above plus keep HTML attribute enrichment Off to avoid builder/layout quirks. Check page source to confirm no GEOmatic

when AIOSEO is active.
Safe rollout order #
- In Quick Setup, apply the Stable profile above.
- In AI Experience, enable AI Summary (bottom) + cache On; leave HTML attributes Off.
- Save, clear caches/CDN, then open one public page:
- With your SEO plugin active → you should not see GEOmatic head tags.
- With SEO disabled → GEOmatic head output returns (single, deduped block).
