GEOmatic AI Reporting — Content Scores & Exports

What this page is for #

AI Reporting is the Pro dashboard that summarizes how “AI-ready” your published content is. It highlights overall performance, then lets you review each page/post with clear badges and metrics. From here you can also export your data for deeper audits.


Quick actions (top of the page) #

  • Export CSV — downloads a spreadsheet-ready report of your content with key fields like title, AI score, word count, optimization status, and detected features. Ideal for audits or sharing with clients.
  • Export JSON — retrieves the same dataset in JSON, convenient for custom dashboards or scripts.

The CSV export includes practical columns such as Title, AI Score, Word Count, Optimized, and Features (e.g., “Schema”, “Sitemap”).


KPI cards (at-a-glance) #

At the top, three prominent cards summarize your site’s status:

  1. Average AI Score — a single number showing the overall quality level across your recent content. Great for tracking progress week to week.
  2. Optimized Content — shows how many items meet your internal optimization bar, alongside the total scanned content. This gives you a quick sense of coverage.
  3. Pages with AI Schema — counts how many pages include AI-friendly schema and displays their percentage of total so you can spot gaps fast.

Why it’s helpful: these cards make it obvious whether you’re improving (scores trending up, coverage rising) or if certain sections need attention. Figures are consistent with the plugin’s cockpit for a single source of truth.


Content table — “AI-Optimized Content” #

A sortable, admin-friendly table lists the latest pages and posts so you can audit line-by-line:

  • Title — click to open the editor for that item. Perfect for quick fixes based on what you see in the report.
  • AI Score (color-coded) — scores are wrapped in a colored badge so you can instantly spot strong performers and items that may need a rewrite or enrichment.
  • Features — lightweight labels show whether a page includes Schema and whether it’s present in the AI Sitemap; these visual cues help prioritize technical touch-ups.
  • Metrics — quick content indicators such as word count and estimated reading time help you balance depth vs. clarity at a glance.

The Schema and Sitemap badges are designed as simple pills for easy scanning—no code knowledge required.


Typical workflow this page enables #

  1. Scan the KPIs to see overall health (score, coverage, schema).
  2. Open the table, sort by AI Score or glance at the badges to pinpoint what needs attention first.
  3. Click a title to jump straight into the editor and improve content.
  4. Export CSV/JSON to share with your team or to keep historical snapshots of progress.

Who gets access #

AI Reporting is available in the Pro edition. Once your Pro license is active, the page appears in your admin with the exports and performance cards described above.


Notes on interpretation (non-technical) #

  • The Average AI Score is designed to be directional, helping you prioritize content work. It is intentionally presented without exposing internal calculations.
  • Optimized Content reflects items that meet your internal criteria—use it as a coverage indicator rather than a strict pass/fail gate.
  • Schema presence and AI Sitemap inclusion are surfaced as badges to keep the focus on outcomes (discoverability and clarity), not on how the plugin achieves them.
